there is no bug in that pic. are you mistaking trichomes or pistils for bugs? It could be a basic red mite that is everywhere. they have a basic name of concrete or sidewalk mites and they are none invasive. not something you would commonly see on cannabis. Spidermites on the other had are bad. Use google image search and try to find images that match your bugs and report back.
