In my personal opinion, I still see quite a bit of open space in the net, and I think it would be helpful to give them a little more time in veg to do some more LST (low-stress training). Personally, I like my SCROG net to be fully filled, with no empty gaps, to make the most of the space and light.
Keep in mind that once you flip to flower, you generally stop doing heavy LST and the branches will naturally grow more vertically. If you switch to flower now, they will stretch, but you might end up with some parts of the net not completely filled.
In short: if you want a nicely filled and even canopy, let them veg for a few more days and keep training them. If you’d rather speed things up, you can flip now, but you’ll probably have some empty space left in the net.
