I wouldn’t have defoliated yet because the leaves aren’t blocking light to important parts of the plant. Removing them unnecessarily reduces the plant’s ability to absorb light and photosynthesize, which can stress the plant and slow its growth. In autoflowers, this is especially critical because they have a very short life cycle and need all their energy for vegetative growth and flower development.🎅🎅🎅

looks relatively fine. don't defoliate just to defoliate. it shouldn't be scheduled or weekly maintenance. You should only remove a leaf when you have a specific and good reason to remove it. Leaves do more than just absorb light. They are storage and lungs, too. CO2 intake is probably the single greatest factor beyond light that you should care about. it is most likely your limiting factor and removing leaves is the opposite of value-added. got some standing condensation that you can't just bend leaves out of the way? Sure, remove one. Disease vector is a good reason. With autos, shouldn't need to at all.. and with properly trained photperiods, shouldn't have to either... over-crowding the canopy is a mistake that might lead to removing some leaves. needing to defoliate is either OCD behaviour or a self-inflicted problem that is avoidable in future.
