looks fine... but also looks like you stripped a bunch of leaves for no reason... don't follow that 'bro-science'. best way to avoid overcrowding is to have a plant based on a target canopy. shoot for 2.5-3 colas per sq ft and you'll get your yield and save the effort of defoliating or worrying about healthy air flow through cnaopy etc... Those things should require little to no effort, if done right. Less is more... lots of popular, but masturbatorial, efforts in this hobby.
