as far as chlorosis at top -- light might be too intense there.. looks like n-def but that should start at bottom and progress upward. Too much light can cause mild cannibalization at the top and the leaves will fade as nutrient provision cannot keep up with the amount of light but not enough that it's causing major light damage. Small adjustment.. maybe 1-2" higher or 5-10% less power etc.. see how it reacts and adjust further if needed. too much p or k can cause chlorosis at the top, but there'd be other symptoms, so i don't think it applies here. not much you can do about pests in flower... predator bugs might be best option.. any foliar spray is going to be a bit dangerous for soemthing you'll smoke or extract later.

Spider mite infestation.............webs are easy to see in your pictures. Nothing to do with deficiencies..........leaves are having their living sap sucked out of them, causing the yellowing/damage.

hey, what are those circle black things on the lower leaves? che little points on the upper leaves could indicate a pest, (spider mites?). rub the tip of your finger benath the upper leaves and chec if there any bronish lines left on yoour skin. that indicate spider mites. give a check anyway at those scary black aliens on the lower leaves anyway
