I too am a follower of defoliation at at 0, 21, and 42. I will agree that it looks like you took a little too many off. You don't want it to look like a Chinese crested dragon.

Very over fed in general..........those are not "pollen sacks" they are swollen and over ripe single female calyxes known as pre-flowers.
Also, STOP with the defoliation!
Your plant needs every leaf it has, to make the energy she needs to grow her best and bigest flowers.
