Hey 👋🏻 Let‘s Take a Look, Your seedling looks a bit stressed, which is quite normal in the first days. The light green or slightly yellowish color can come from a few things: Nutrients In the seedling stage, the plant mostly lives off the nutrients stored in the seed. The soil should not be too hot (too many nutrients), otherwise the young roots get stressed. If the soil is very poor, the seedling can also show light color because it’s just starting to root. Light Too little light makes seedlings stretch and turn pale, too much light (too close) can cause stress and bleaching. A gentle, balanced PPFD around 150–250 is perfect at this stage. Watering overwatering is the most common issue. The roots need oxygen, so keep the substrate evenly moist but never soaked. Environment Seedlings like it warm (22–26°C) and with moderate humidity (60–70%). Cold soil or drafts can slow them down and show in the leaf color. In short ——————— Don’t worry too much yet. Keep conditions stable, don’t add nutrients too early, and give her time she should green up and develop stronger leaves soon. 🤗 have fun!

Need to feed, but might be giving too much light, too. coco generally has no nutrients unless it's some sort of amended version. 1) fertigated everytime with 10% runoff (waste water runs out the bottom... do not let it sit in its piss) 2) wait for top layer to start changing color and repeat. (with a tiny seedling starter pot, you may want to do it before the top dries) Stick to it... the runoff is the one thing you don't sacrifice or compromise. Not doing it once due to laziness is fine, but it's essential to avoid buildup over time. The resting nutrient content is not necessarily exactly what you feed, but it will remain consistent, which is the important part. This doesn't mean you don't have to adjust formula based on what you see, but it does eliminate the possibilty of lockout caused by some element building up over time in the medium. This is how you treat any soilless medium. Fertilize every irrigation with 10% runoff, wait for appropriate dryback (or loss of weight) and repeat. You don't need 5x expensive fertilizer either.. any 100% soluble, 100% plant ready fertilizer option can be used. The key is a well-balanced diet and brand has nothing to do with that as these products are made with commodities.
