How to balance RH & high temps for 10-day-old auto?

Auto 10d, temps 28–31°C (mostly 29–30), RH 60–70. Till mid-Sept ~27–29°C. Tried wet towels (no effect). Ultrasonic humidifier cools air but at max RH 70, so I keep it lvl1 (RH ~68, temp stays high). What’s ideal RH now & best way to balance heat/humidity w/o AC?

60 -70 rh is ideal, if you dont have good air movement and exchange - dont even think about going higher. I grew autos in 40 degrees Celsius. Check this week photos for proof : growdiaries.com/diaries/117532-grow-journal-by-asnoriu/week/639597

Use a VPD table.. subtract 3-4F from atmospheric temperature before you reference VPD chart. It is based on leaf temp, not atmospheric temp. most VPD tables give suggestions for stage of life. These suggestions vary, so take the numbers loosely. 0.8-1.5 should avoid stalling out the plant. I also wouldn't go higher than 65% due to risk of microbial growth.
