Ok guys so many have said leave my plants alone. One is for sure budding up didn’t stack like I wanted but all good most pistols are getting orange the other looked like she reveged lots of hairs but buds didn’t stack well not only that new leaves from the top bud sight.

low DLI or just genetics, bud. keep the plant healthy. there is no magic product or magic technique that will do what you seem to perceive it should.
easy to know if you cause a re-vege... did you interrupt it's dark cycle? It does not take much. Never interrupt a photoperiod's dark cycle. the non-serated leaves might be the result of a re-vege but there'd be other symptoms too.
Plant looks overfed, but might be the lighting playing a trick too

Reveg with toxic levels of nitrogen. Too much nitrogen is especially harmful in the flowering stage, because this will cause your plant to produce much smaller buds.
