To understand LST you need to figure out what you are trying to achieve to make the best use of it.
Bending the plant over now is not going to achieve much besides move it sideways.
The growth point and nodes below are too close, if you bend, she will just turn up and spend energy to turn to the light and that will put you back at square 1 pretty much.
You want the growth point to get some distance from the 1st few nodes for LST to be effective.
Imagine turning this plant 90degrees and then imagine turning a 1m/3ft plant 90degrees.
The small plant will have a bend at the bottom of the stem, but the whole plant will grow up straight.
The big plant will turn into a 1m wide bush with all the branches going up from the main stem.
This is obviously exaggerating the point, but hopefully gets the idea across.
