How are my plants looking? They are week 3 day 4 from sprout. Just did a light defoliation and pruning. I recently added compost. I’m going to add epsom salt and oyster shells next watering. By week 6 I want to give it a light dose of roots organic bloom terp tea and that’s it.

They 100% did not need any form of defoliation, you set yourself back there by doing that. just becuase you can do it, does not mean you should. there should be a reason to any action performed. Is there any reason you want to add in epsolm salts and oyster shell next week? was their a reason for compost this week? ask yourself this. and if you don't know. then maybe it should not be done. Plants look healthy nothing is standing out to me that needs corection.

Your plants look pretty healthy overall . The leaves are a nice green color, which shows that the nutrient supply is fine and they’re getting enough light. I can also see you’ve already done a bit of defoliation (the cut leaves on the ground), which helps with airflow and light penetration. The structure looks good they’re spreading out and not stretching too much, which means your light distance is well adjusted. Just keep an eye on the lower leaves: if they start yellowing early, it could be a sign of nitrogen deficiency or overwatering. The leaf tips are slightly hanging down, which indicates a somewhat difficult watering behavior. You’ll need to fine-tune this a bit more precisely.👌😊
