could this be mildew ? its the second time I found this on one of my outdoor plants ... the sice and "shape" of the spots look odd to me
plant should get enough wind and it hasn´t rained in 2 weeks ...

Does not look like WPM to me. but I could be wrong.
It does have dried mineral vibes to it. or almost like a silk/web.
WPM should get fluffy and suff not be smooth and tint like.
Pluck to be on the same side and monitor the plant. look aorund where it was found for things that might have dripped on it and dried or it brush up against like a bleach rag or peroxide.

It looks like powdery mildew. You should remove the affected leaves immediately to stop it from spreading.

Try to wipe it out with alcohol wipes, if it cleans of and smells moldy - definitely WPM.
