Yes, a full on hermaphrodite.........no doubt about it..........both male and female sex organs on one plant. This is the main danger when growing unknow seeds, especially "bag seeds". Your safest option is to get rid of it, it will pollinate everything and make seeds everywhere..........seeds that will contain dominant genes for being hermaphrodites for ever and ever.........so no good for breeding with. How you proceed is up to you, but this plant will cause everything to become seeded if left much longer.
