Once heat is removed as a factor the amount of light a plant can handle is limited only by how much photo oxidation it can protect itself from. At a critical time in stretch and flower production it can be beneficial to go a little hard for first 4 weeks before trichomes ramp up. So long as heat doesn't go too high a little extra light at most will stressfully benefit growth. If it looks like she is suffering just tone her back down. Vitamin C is a potent reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenger. It directly neutralizes ROS like hydroxyl radicals, will go a long way to helping plant deal with excess light. Vitamin C also known as ascorbic acid. Careful with dosage though as it's a strong acid. 1g in 4 gallon does the job.

I grew few insane big plants, despite starting them under Mars Hydro SP150, thats 140W light without dimmer . Distance is key, good night regime is essential too, 16/8 is ok. Try simple lux app , target 20-30K for veg period and increase during flower. Ussually on third week of flower i am on max output and 30 cm distance to canopy...
