Automatic watering top or bottom? Without getting into too much details in bottom fed autopot systems, salt buildup is normal and occurs in the top inch or two of the topsoil. This is because bottom feeders flush salts upwards, not downwards, into an unusable area of the root zone where the substrate remains dry. (This top couple iof nches can become a toxic salt dump). So if you even decide to water even just once from the top you wash everything back into the medium and skew the ratio and EC. glcuk.

looks like burning. Lower the feed a bit. and confirm its getting a good amount of Macro and Micro nutrients. I don't fully understand your numbers. "1EC drainage 0.6EC now 1.6EC 5.8PH, drainage 1.2-1.4EC 6.3PH," Are these measurements from multiple pots? Might just need to get more runoff to level them out. Seems some are feeding more then the others. Plants are looking good regardless. Just small tweek needed.
