best option? stretching hard, low vertical space, week 5 flower, tried to supercrop few days ago and 2 stems snapped clean off, media has been saturated for about 12hrs now, should I try again? should i leave it alone? I cannot train down any further no more room.

if the stems are too rigid, it does become a risk... double-down on weakening a spot before bending it.. roll it between thumb and finger a bit - in a coupple spots if necessary - to weaken a portion before bending it down.. still no gaurantees it won't snap. Snap a good 6" below where you want those top colas... it'll bend back upward within a day or two. maybe hang the light using just the carbiners with no rope... gain a few inches.. leave a little gap above light for heat dissipation. if you see the problem coming in future, sometimes better to break them down a bit early while the stems are still soft-ish.

Tente treinar um pouco somente as pontas que estão mais altas. Amarra um arame e puxa elas rá baixo suavemente...

Firsty , do all training before watering, then plants most lanky, helps to avoid splits or snaps. Any cropping should be done when stretch is over, yours look like still will be running. Preparation and planning us essential. Dont rush, do it right.

Bend one right and the other left. Repeat. Make your tops grow sideways. You want a flat canopy. Then all of your buds are tops. Otherwise you’re outta space. Best of luck with your grow.
