Hey growmie, it's a otally normal mutation, it's called a tricot (3 cotyledons + 3 true leaves). It’s rare, but not dangerous. Some of them grow even stronger than regular ones. No need to remove it. Just treat it like the others and see how she develops. Could turn into a beast or just stay weird, but it’s all part of the fun. Good luck with the rest of your grow 🤞 🍀 ♥️ Let her grow. 🌱💪

Dont pull her out just yet! To be honest, ive had this many times before, i usually tend to gently wet the soil where the tap root will be, gently remove her from the pot shes in and place her into a small container with standard seedling potting mix and add water , put her back in the veg room, she should recover, although she will be behimd any other seeds cracked at the same time, it doesnt mean its over for her. Once shes recovered, remove her from the small container and gently wash the soil off the roots in a sink of water and replant her into the pot you was going too (if you believe the soil to be good) She should recover mate like i said its not the end of the world, just a little delay in life, nature is made of set backs, dont let it stop you.
