Has anyone tried tissue culture with cannabis yet? Does anyone have a cannabis tissue culture protocol that works? Has anyone solved the problem with nutrition depletion in the media? I’ve heard ppl have had decent results with temporary Emerson bio reactors?

Yes, I do. The problem is it is from a commercial environment and would require a hefty shopping trip to your local scientific supply store at best. I will say that a lot of the equipment, you can get miniature versions of from China directly from your choice of sourcing. Depending on what you want to do with tissue culture, getting plugged in to the commercial scene is mando. For example, the most popular clone seller on THCFarmer wants a hundred per cut (laugh) for the strain of the week he got from randos off Insta. The biggest clone supplier in the Midwest region with real baby yoda, zoda, bacio, bicket, bodhi/zero/thug pug/even your mainstream like cookies offerings, all from tissue culture guaranteed clean for ~1/4 the price of the instagram cut guy. Tissue cultures are looking to be the only way to scale in the commercial environment. Bonus bro, if you do get into tissue culture there is a point where you have the diced cells which you can mechanical sieve them leveraging some screens and a centrifuge to manually separate almost all pathogens (most common target is hops latent). Some of the dankest in this field can also correct genetic drift with some SOPs at this stage as well....
