Autoflower defoliation question

Is it safe to pluck dying leaves on autoflowers this close harvest? It’s ztrawberriez by fast buds. It’s a little after week 8. Based on my naked eye and looking at hairs I’d say about 3 weeks to go and 1 more feeding.

Besides from harvest... of course you can pluck dead/dying leaves. 😅 Especially to improve airflow/prevent mold and other infections from the rotting material. Regarding the feeding or not in final stages.. drying or not.. flush or not.. additional darkness... take a dice if you are not already decided and become warrior for your side 😂 not going into that.

You are very far from harvest, there is no leaves left almost, i would keep each till he is totally dead. Find a reason why you lost foliage, looks like huge hunger or lockout ...

Nutrients Uptake Issue 2nd grow, Black Orchid & Purple Punch autos in 13L pots, week 9, short & slow. 18/6 TS1000. LST went wrong, defoliation once a week. Soil surface dry, pots heavy. VPD ok. When to harvest? The pistil hairs are now starting to turn red(more so on 1) and I’ve begun looking at trichomes. More are cloudy than clear no real appearance of amber or red/brown in color. I have arbitrarily chosen day 80 as harvest because it falls on a weekend/no moon.

Should I have trimmed the Bush?More than normal I have noticed a large amount of second growth at the base of the plant, im wondering if this is caused by adding new soil during flower? Or if this is normal? Also should I have just cut it off as it grew, seems to be a waste of energy as they won't get light.

I've noticed my plant is pretty low to the ground like a cabbage. I started the germinated seed a knuckle deep in the soil. Now its starting to grow big but not too much upward. My lights over 2 feet above, 230 watt LEC. Is there a method to grow it taller.It is indica dominant.
