Royal Gorilla seedling drooping brown tips

My Royal Gorilla is very unhappy. Seems stunted, the tips are drooping down and going brown. She's getting the same treatment as the two other strains. A very mild feed to supplement the tap water, ph around 6, and light around 250ppf. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

looks like a burn either from nutrients or bad PH. Give it time and let it grow. Only water for now.

it's never 'the same' no matter how you try. cotys are dark, new growth has chlorosis and tip-burn... maybe the nascent tap root wrapped around some soil amendment and it's too much for it... watering habits just in case: 1) fully saturate. 2) wait for appropriate dryback and repeat. you give the volume of water it takes to get the job done. You react to an observation to trigger the next irrigation. This should never cause a problem. Do not whimsically choose volume nor time increment between .it's not your choice to make.

1. Check root health – inspect for root rot or compaction; repot if needed. 2. Reduce watering – let the medium dry more between feeds to avoid overwatering. 3. Increase light – raise PPF gradually to ~350–400 to boost growth.

Just a little too much salts in the medium for the little fella, it's causing alot of stress and resistance for water uptake. Water generally likes to flow in the direction of highest Saltiness. When its more salty in your medium than it is inside the plant. It causes osmotic stress as water wants to go back to the medium and out the plant. The soil you use come pre fertilized as a all mix. If you wanted to add a little of your at the start you should have used light mix. Light mix comes in around 0.8 ec as opposed to all mix which is higher around 1.6 with little space for more salts. You could try ride it out, best of luck.

Based on how well the other two plants are doing and what you posted about light, pH, and fertilizer, I am tempted to think there's an issue with this one plant. I would start another seed, but just my opinion. Good luck and happy growing!

Hey 👋 You already overfed your lady. BioBizz allmix is already pre fertilized soil and has enough nutrients for at least first 3 weeks. In my opinion this is already too „sharp“ for germinating. That’s why I personally try to fill at least 1l volume of my pot with soil with less nutrition, so my plant does not get too many nutrients until the roots hit the fertilized soil. In my opinion I personally would start another one, as it’s faster to grow to that level, than to fix the problem. If you want to try, definetly don’t feed her until she hits week 3-4. Until then, just give her plain water. Hope that helped 👊
