I have a problem with my view count.
He stops at 4, even though I have more likes.
I have already written the support, but I have not yet received an answer.
Should I start a new diary and delete the old, or should I wait for support?

I think you just had a couple people double up 'like'ing the diary week and a comment or two. 1 view does not necessarily mean 1 like. In fact if yo get 25-33% likes per views, that's fairly normal unless you have a cartel of people liking each other's stuff to boost the numbers, then that ratio flips. Your view count is probably fine.

do the diary for yourself. don't rely on the metrics of this site to be accurate. also there is no contest or prize to be won for most views.

it'llleven count your own views of your own diary... that has a delay between occurence and reflection in the count. Maybe, that same delay happens with normal visits too.
but, you could sit ther and refresh it and the view count will increase, eventually.
