Bud rot?

gently pry the bud open where you removed that leaf... any fuzzy shit underneath along stem? the discoloration looks to be tip-in vs petiole-out and the calyxes are not discolored... The problem with the microscopic is that you need a microscope to be sure, lol.

The petiole (leaf stalk) is your indicator. It looks green and healthy, so looks fine to me. IF it was dead and had some grey fuzz on it, I would open and look into the bud. Budrot will kill the leaf from the stem and if it's set in, the dead leaf usually comes out really easy and is completely dead with mold on the base of the petiole.

Does not look like bud rot to me, the leaf is necrotizing but that might be from something else. Mold spores are everywhere and its when they hit the right window of opportunity to germinate and rot out. Keep up the air movement and keep the RH lower and it should be ok. Plants are overdue, chop n dry asap.

Hey 👋 For me it looks like budrod. If the consistence is squishy, and it smells it definetly is. In that case you can only remove the parts affected, and harvest the rest. Your buds looks ready for me too.

It seems Not realy of Budrot, but how are your Condititions? If you can hold up Air humidity between 50 and 60 degrees, theyre should bei No Problems anymore. Got more Pictures of the part?
