Plant collapsing after dehydration

Autoflower D46, came back from vacation (D44), likely dry for 1-2 days. Rehydrated quickly, refed w/ GH Tri Part (EC 1.4, pH 5.9). Next day: milky tray, odd smell. Suspect root rot. Cleaned tray, let her dry for 12 hours. Still wilting. Pot is heavy, no uptake.

That shit happens. Try some cheap drip erigation next time you're out. For the damage done, use some plain water the first days till you know which branches and leaves will make it. Get rid of the rest asap. When she's out of the worst after 3 days and you still think you got problems with root rot I would water with purolyt first to kill the mold between the roots first. After that enzymes (like Cannazym from Canna) are a good option like m0use said. After cleaning of dead leafes and branches I would also spray some distilled water mixed with purolyt. She will take up over leafes more as a lot of roots got killed. And purolyt is also good during flower when you go for higher humidity (what you should do at least a week) Hope she will make it good luck.

Humic acid will help in accelerating breaking down the decaying roots.

Its goona take a bit if it does recover. Likely has to grow new roots. The old ones will be decaying. If you have any exzymes now would be the time to use em, and get some good runoff as it will help push out then decomposed remains. However don't get it to wet as that is another issue.

https://ibb.co/8gjcr20V https://ibb.co/vCjgGw3g Thats screenshots i made from video after disaster . Maybe ec is too high, i would go eiyh more plain water, but she should bounce back. Next 24 hours are crucial.

Nah she still in pretty good condition to bounce back… I would try it for sure but you need to know what the Problem was/is… As you Tell I would say too much water Holding in substart, not enough drainage & why you using 2 pots? Could Build up heat chambers, stress the roots, less Transpiration of the main pot & I really hope you have holes in it… really don‘t know why people don‘t use fabric pots at a decent soil volume… let it dry out as quick as possible if to wet, increase airflow to the roots
