Plants look like this in the dark (droopy)... do they perk up and stay perky all day? if so, that's fine.
I see yellowish new growth -- could be illusion of grow lights.. if 'lush' in normal lighting, you can ignore this.
Thin new growth can be caused by more than one thing.. too much light could do it... this can be ruled out if the node spacing is fine and you haven't done anything recently amping up light. Also, the plants would be droopy the last several hours of light if getting too much light for too many days/weeks etc.
Too much p/k can cause spindly new growth with chlorosis too.. have you amped up either of p/k lately?
I also see weird drrying patterns of your medium, from what little is visible. this indicates poor watering habits. A dry pocket in substrate could cause droopiness for seemingly no reason otherwise.
1) fully saturate (10% runoff minimum with soilless context)
2) wait for appropriate dryback and repeat.
The only input you should have is exactly how much dryback to wait for, but even that should be a minmum amount to avoid rootzone risks/problems. if it's a heavy soil, wait for top 1" deep to dry. If something liek coco that holds 2/3rds the water per volume, you re-irrigate when the top starts to change color (i.e. starts to dry). you can do it sooner, and may even gain some advantage from it, but doing it too often will cause problems.
you don't choose the volume nor the increment of time between... you use the volume necessary to accomplish the task and you react to an observation to determine when to irrigate. Anything that deviates from these basics is just wrong. If you wait for same dryback, it'll use the same volume of water (roughly... mass of new plant growth is insignificant compared to water weight)
