Hey Growmie,
It’s not unusual for seedlings to start small, but based on the photo, yours looks a bit undersized and slightly stretched, which is often a sign it's not getting enough light. When a seedling reaches upward like that, it's usually trying to find more light. Adjusting your grow light to be closer (about 2–4 inches if you're using LED) can help a lot. Make sure it’s on for at least 18 hours a day, especially if you’re growing autoflowers. Also, be careful with watering, overwatering is a common mistake at this stage and can stunt growth. Let the top layer of soil dry out before watering again, and ensure the pot has good drainage. The soil appears to have some perlite, which is beneficial. Just ensure it’s not too compact and that you're not feeding nutrients too early. Keep your temperatures around 70–80°F with 60–70% humidity to keep the environment seedling-friendly. You can also add a bit more soil around the base to support that thin stem and encourage root stability. With the right adjustments, it should pick up growth over the next few days.
