From the look of it, Seeds #2 and #3 might be struggling a bit compared to #1, possibly due to a few common early-stage issues. One likely cause is that they were planted a little deeper, or the soil above them is slightly more compact, making it harder for them to break through. The surface above Seed #2 looks a bit crusted, which can slow emergence if moisture isn’t evenly distributed. Another factor could be minor differences in how much water each spot is holding, or even just natural variation between seeds in terms of strength and orientation. Sometimes it just takes a little extra time for the others to catch up.
