This is not typical of spider mite damage and their eggs are viable with the naked eye if you have good vision same with the mites themselves on the underside of the leaves.
Spider mite damage looks like fine white dots on the leaves. Won't need a magnifying glass to see em.

this is a image from my one grow that has spidermites, they are hard to see but zoom in and you can get em. but notice the fine white speckling on the leaves, that's mites.
This looks like a drastic PH swing and the leaves are suffering. the zoomed in blurry macro pics are almost useless but I think what you are seeing as eggs is really trichome heads. All parts of the plant make trichomes just the majority of them are in the flow buds.
