If you can manage temps and humidity, another week could definitely improve potency and density. Just make sure you keep VPD (vapor pressure deficit) reasonable to avoid mold.
Ideally, check the trichomes with a loupe (at least 60x), you want mostly cloudy and some amber for peak ripeness.
If heat becomes too risky (over 30 °C/86 °F), better to harvest slightly early than risk foxtailing or mold. But based on visuals alone, a few more days would help her finish strong.
