If they are in a soil based medium or anything that has been fortified with some kind of fertilizer or amendments they don't really need anything for the first few weeks. then after transplant they likely wont need anything else for another week or so. If they are grown in a soilless medium that is void of nutrients like peat and or coir with no slow release then they need a very weak feeding from day one. Reference your feed chart or bottle for seedling strength. If it does not have one then 1/3rd to 1/5th the first weeks dose.
