Should always fully saturate when irrigating. if you do it at same amount of dryback (i.e. loss of weight), it will take the same volume each time. how your substrate is constituted will impact how much and how long between.. so will the size of the plant.. so this is variable over time. Once it stops growing, it'll remain consistent mid flower and later. context dictates, not some top-down value pulled from the ether. if fully saturating any pot, ever, causes a problem, it's a matter of how that soil was constituted and nothing else. fully saturating is not "overwatering"

low rh is aorund 30% and your 1/2 that?? seems to low. Water it as much as it needs and careful not to overfeed. Get runoff once a week if your feeding it a bunch to prevent buildup. Fabric pots do dry from all sides and its a bitch. I find dunking them or soaking em is best for outdoors. or adding in a plastic lining but kinda defets the point.

Good luck lifting and weighing a 170l pot! Water to run off, no matter how much that takes, then do not water again until the top 2 inches or so have dried out again.

Also immer im interval.

*mayb 0.4L.. but check if soil is dry before u water again* U can weigh the pots when its dry and when its wet just by lifting them u can see/feel if she needs water (make sure its not too wet or the roots wil suffocate) *or just finger in soil.. Its better to let it dry out a bit before you give them new H2O Its hot where ur are so just give her lil bit evry day (when sun is down) she looks good though👊.. Goodluck !!

personally, I'd water until I got runoff and see how heavy she is with the growing substrate fully saturated. I'm not sure how much coco/perlite you have in there... but if it's enough to keep her from drowning I think this may be your best bet. Otherwise keep an eye out and see if she starts drooping at any point, the goal is to prevent it from getting to the droopy point in the future. Looks like a great grow!
