Need help to determine: Mites or aphids? (I see no webbing) Any way to combat them in flower where I can't use my neem oil?

Spotted on my oldest/lowest leaves & noticed more and more little holes appearing, one of the lower fan leaves was punctured so much that it couldn't hold itselt upright. I've been spraying neem oil for the 3rd time now, I probably diluted it too much as they keep munching

Foliar applications of isopropyl alcohol (IPA) are absorbed very quickly by plants, usually a common foliar fertilizer, can be absorbed in as little as 25 minutes, with total absorption across the plant occurring within 24-30 hours. Turn up the temps, lower humidity and have a strong airflow right after application. Isopropyl Alcohol Evaporation: Room Temperature 10-30 minutes Warm Temperature 5-15 minutes With warm hymid conditions with extra Airflow, alot less than 5 minutes. Not enough time to absorb into stoma even if it wanted to. High-concentration isopropyl alcohol (e.g., 99.9%) evaporates faster and contains less water. Leaves zero residue once evaporated. Isopropyl alcohol (also known as rubbing alcohol) can kill aphids on contact. It works by melting their protective wax coatings and drying out their soft bodies, effectively killing them. However, it's important to note that it's not a one-time solution, as eggs and pupae are likely unaffected. Mix with 50% equal parts water. If concerned. Iso will evaporate entirely within under a couple minutes in correct conditions leaving no trace it was there, by creating temporary dry humid conditions encouraging evaporation the stomata will close limiting absorption, with it all isopropyl being rapidly evaporated before any absorption can ever take place. Just make sure it's not done in optimal conditions when the stoma are wide open.

Not spider mites or white flies. Looks more like immature aphids to me. Since you are growing outdoors and the damage seems minimal at this stage, doing nothing may be your best option............predators will find them and eat them soon enough..........but not if you spray anything on your plants.

Based on its appearance, it is most likely a spider mite or possibly a whitefly — both are common pests on cannabis plants. Most likely diagnosis: Spider mite (e.g., Tetranychus urticae) • Size: Tiny, often around 0.5 mm • Color: Transparent, whitish, or reddish • Location: Often found on the undersides of leaves and young growth • Symptoms: Fine webbing, tiny pale spots on leaves (from feeding) Alternative possibility: Whitefly • Size: Around 1 mm • Color: White, usually with wings • Location: Also prefers the underside of leaves • Symptoms: Sticky residue (honeydew), yellowing leaves, possible leaf curling ⸻ What you can do: 1. Use a magnifying glass or microscope to identify whether it’s a mite or a fly. 2. Inspect the plant carefully, especially the undersides of leaves. 3. Watch for symptoms like yellowing, webbing, or deformation. 4. Treatment options: • Biological: Neem oil, beneficial predators (e.g., Phytoseiulus persimilis for spider mites) • Mechanical: Rinse the plant with water to dislodge pests. I Hope i can help! Good luck Till the end!
