I agree to the underwater. Take your plant and drench it. Then set it in the shade and let it absorb the water. Might have to do this a couple of times. Looks to me like it's thirsty. I give my plants that big about 1 gallon of water a day. Good Luck.

Repeat... Is this new to thee sun? Sure looks like an indoor plant that was thrown out under the harsh sun. Outdoor plants adapt to it. Indoor plants wilt in it. Your substrate from previous question also looked dry as fuck, but if it has some heft to the pot, there is moisture.. easy to rule out. One additional thing -- black pot in direct sun might be cooking the roots. is it warm to the touch? (subsrate, not the pot) based purely on looks -- either not used to the sun or incredibly under-watered.

To safely clean a leaf of neem oil, you can use a soft cloth dampened with water or a diluted mixture of water and a small amount of dish soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or solvents, as they can damage the leaf. If you are concerned about potential damage, you can also try wiping the leaf with a soft cloth dampened with a little bit of rubbing alcohol, and then rinsing thoroughly with water. Stomata clogged.

Likely heatstress and probably overwatering. Give it a few days and try to reduce the temperature.
