Hey Growmie, It looks like your girl’s struggling a bit, that pale color and stunted growth could be a combo of a few things. First, check your soil pH; if it’s outside the 6.3 to 6.8 range, she might not absorb nutrients properly, even if they’re there. From the look of those light green or yellowing leaves, it might be a nitrogen deficiency or just nutrient lockout. Also, watch for overwatering, even in a fabric pot; the roots can struggle if the soil's too wet or compact. Let the top inch dry out before watering again. Make sure your lighting is strong and at the right distance; a light that is too weak can seriously stunt growth. If you haven’t already, try giving her a light dose of veg nutrients (high in nitrogen), and double-check your watering and light setup. If you know your soil mix or what you’re feeding, drop the details, and we can troubleshoot further. She’s still got time to bounce back. Keep growing and don’t stress, they’re tough plants when you dial things in!

Yes, stunted growth and pale leaves after 5 weeks are clear signs that something isn’t right. There are several potential causes — here are the most common ones to check: 1. Lighting Issues Too little light: Not enough intensity or the wrong spectrum can slow growth dramatically. Too much light: Can bleach or stress the plant, especially seedlings. Check: Distance of grow light from canopy, wattage, spectrum, and photoperiod. 2. Overwatering or Poor Drainage Overwatering suffocates roots and causes stunting. Pale leaves can also be a sign of root rot or nutrient lockout due to waterlogged soil. Check: Are pots heavy all the time? Are roots getting oxygen? 3. Nutrient Deficiency or Lockout Pale leaves = often nitrogen deficiency, or a pH imbalance causing nutrient lockout. Check: Are you feeding at the right strength? Is the pH in range (typically 6.0–7.0 for soil)? 4. Substrate Problems Cheap or poor-quality soil might lack nutrients or proper structure. Check: Does your soil contain perlite for drainage? Was it pre-fertilized? 5. Root-Bound or Transplant Shock If the plant is in a tiny container or was transplanted poorly, roots might not expand. Check: Container size and root health (if possible, inspect roots). 6. Temperature or Humidity Cold temps (

P.s those 6" lips on the fabric pots, unless you have direct airflow going Inside , air will not naturally replenish in that little buffer zone the rh will be high, this will make the tiny plant desperate for oxygen and co2 both day and night. Only time you will see a greening like that is high pH, your ph you mention was 7, that's good but if it drifts even a little high then it could start making uptake a problem, The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous movement of water and other substances through the soil, plant, and atmosphere. It highlights the interconnectedness of these three elements and how they influence each other through processes like transpiration, water uptake, and nutrient cycling. Study this ^ will serve you 10x better than any shitty guide telling you to add water and light.

OVERWATERING Weak, hanging leaves, soft structure indicated of overwatering… Typical mistakes beginners make, let it dry back & rather under water than over water🍀 Good luck

If it is a coconut, you can try to save it. Personally, I saved an autoflower that survived 3 transplants. I added a root strengthening complex, strengthened the roots, and it will come back to life. Proven. Also, in any flower shop you can find a special fertilizer for recovery from stress, it will also work, about a week after fertilization the plant should recover and start growing,
