Hey growmie, For Day 23 from sprout, your lady is definitely on the smaller side, but not alarmingly stunted. Autoflowers can vary a lot depending on genetics and environment. Yours looks healthy, compact, and already showing early flower sites, which is normal for some autos around week 3. A few things could’ve slowed her a bit: Light stress or distance early on, Slight overwatering or cold nights, Starting in a smaller pot and transplanting (autos don’t always love that) But don’t stress, many small autos still yield well with proper care from here on. Focus on dialing in your watering, airflow, and feeding gently as flower ramps up. She’s alive, green, and stacking, that’s a win

She’s a little small for day 23, but autos can be slow starters, especially in a big 18L pot from the jump, roots take time to spread. That early stretch can lag if watering’s been too much or light’s not dialed right. Keep light around 30–40cm, water only when topsoil dries, and start light veg nutes if you haven’t. Week 4 is when a lot of autos really pick up, she’s got time to bounce back.

During the first few weeks—especially the first two—a plant primarily focuses on developing its root system. Only once a solid root network has formed does the plant start directing energy toward above-ground growth. So, it’s completely normal for a plant to appear slow-growing during the first two to three weeks. A lot is actually happening below the surface during that time. Now that your plant is 23 days old, it should slowly begin to show more noticeable growth. One thing I’ve noticed about your plant is that it looks very compact, with short internodal spacing. This could simply be due to its phenotype—something genetic—but it might also be influenced by your lighting. Personally, in this stage of development, I run about 50 watts of light at a distance of 40 cm (about 16 inches) from the top of the plant. Based on my experience, this setup results in ideal internodal spacing. Maybe this tip can help your plants grow a bit taller in the future. I Hope i could help you. Happy growing.

if it is autoflowering, then in principle it is normal, although many say that it is better not to do this, but to bend the branches of the sprouts themselves, starting from the 4th week, since this can slow down growth. Also, this also depends on the genetics of the plant and in principle, if its maximum height is 1 meter, then it should stretch out in growth in the 2nd month

Hey, Yes she is small but for your First grow it don’t matter at all!!!!! My First grow was 10 g per plant, also Autos… all you should care about if she is healthy & understand why she is small, what caused it so you Doing better in the Next run… it still gonna be one of the best herbs you will smoke! Maybe over watering in the beginning ( Most common mistake for beginners ) Since autos are on a scedual (3-5 Weeks VEG ) you can stun her very quick & she stays small because every week, every day count… Would recommend Femenized seeds for your Next run, they won‘t flower automaticly & you can push the VEG if the growth is Not how you want it to be

It's not small it's a bit low, but many prefer their plants that way, the light might be too strong, so the internodal distance is small. Just make sure nothing is touching moist substrate, it looks your first node is a bit to close the the ground level. So maybe consider digging it out a bit or removing it completely. Good luck growmie!

Hey there 👋 Size does not matter too much… I’ve seen reports with 40cm height which yielded 80g/ plant dry. Nevertheless in general your plant looks healthy and good developed. She will gain in height once she starts stretching. Hope that helped. Keep up the good work & enjoy growing 👊🍀 growdiaries.com/diaries/235119-fast-buds-pineapple-express-auto-grow-journal-by-mcbubatz
