It is amazing, but only if everything else is optimal. For example, having an underpowered light then using CO2 is a waste. CO2 at the end of the day is going to allow you to push DLI further than normal circumstances. 9/10 CO2 products are total jokes though - like mushroom bags in a room with any positive CFM... If you stop all exhaust and can seal your room and are pushing straight zaza already, then heck yes brother....flood that room for a few hours whenever you get the chance. Basically if you aren't a top 10% grower with a top 10% setup, it is a straight waste of money. If you are in both of those 10%s, then it can be the final piece of the puzzle for growing stuff that looks like it is from another planet.

You get in 5 Weeks Plants, others need 7 or even 8 Weeks for, BUT you need to have a more or less fine-tuned system running yes. Not THAT complicated to set up if you know how to use a Lung room. Personally, I like it very much, but I wish there was just more info around about how the now different conditions you can have for the plant (talking higher temps, RH for example) and things like nutrient uptake or VPD are now considered "optimal" respectively. If you got some Budget and want to explore this vector for your Growroom go for it. (I need more people asking Questions 😄)

Of the 9 cardinal rules of plant growth co2 is the last limiting factor of growth. Get the other 8 in sync and optimized, then you crank the environmentals to match the co2 increase. No point in spending money on constant co2 supplementation, it's not needed at night, plant actually accumulates co2 overnight, in a 12 hour flower period you would allocate 4 hours with increased environmentals and supplement only for the 4 hours when the plant is actually capable of utilizing the extra photons, thing I found about co2 is it becomes very stressfull to run temps above 90f longer than a few hours, certainly dont want to run temps of 93f when terpenes are in full production either, the sheer amount of extra water required to maintain the cooling "burn" is more than you would expect. No point in supplementing high levels when your run 77f, higher levels of co2 without metrics to match will do nothing but confuse the plant as increased co2 shrinks stomatal openings. More carbon you supplement, more of a carbon sink the medium becomes, more moisture retaining the medium will become as flower progresses. Definitely something to work towards when the other % are all used up. Best of luck. Just a reminder to people since like 15 % of North America believes chocolate milk comes from brown cows I just wanna throw this out there. Every person who breathes exhales co2, co2 is dense it will sit and gravity will pull it to lowest point in any setting. With a little bit of creative thinking it's very easy to rig up a 4" passive and have it jist scoop up the co2 all day long after. I've successfully maintained high levels co2 for years with nothing but a family and a few pets. And a selective vinegar bomb at noon. But it has taken me years of study to even get to place of knowledge where I could even begin to utilize that extra co2. Make of it what you will. Carbon 60 is what it's all about.

Not needed for most if not all hobby growers. its the last thing you want to add on after everything is locked in and perfected. Best option for doing it when you are ready is a co2 tank and controller for constant levels. fuck off with all the sugar and yeast things, or fungas bags, cost more money in more work with less then ideal levels of co2 being supplemented in. Again, not needed, save your money and go to a movie or buy the fancy cheese.
