Is This Mildew On My Leaves?

So I mentioned these pale colors on my leaves in my last question. (Please see last photo in Week 3). I have made a mistake - after scraping the leaf with my hand, it is definitely something on the leaves! Does it look like mildew? I removed the extractor fan for 1 day.

Hi @TickTockCroc I was looking at your diary and in general the marks on the leaves seem to me to be genetic mutations, nothing to worry about too much. but this picture of your question, those white marks are similar to what spidermites do, check the underside of the leaves if you have no bugs. good luck mate 👍

Curled leaf tips Nevilles Haze My Neville's haze is starting to be hard to look at. Cant tell if Is watering issue, nute burn or excess. I thinking maybe K deficiency.
