Deficiency ?

Magnesium deficiency. Calcium deficiency is associated with spots.

i'd wager your pH is starting to drift or for some reason your soil/ferts don't have quite enough of a micro nutrient - Zn, Fe, Mn all result in interveinal chlorosis to start, so they are all prime suspects. Fe and Zn both can be locked out due to alkaline pH. that would be my best guess given limited info. The plant at bottom of frame of 3rd picture is also starting to show this symptom, so it's more than 1 plant. Clear some things up: Calcium and Magnesium are 2 unique nutrients despite beign paired in a popular 'cal-mag' product(s). Do not think of them as the same thing. They are not. Ca does not cause interveinal chlorosis. Easy to rule that one out because there are no symptoms that hint at it. Mg causes interveinal chlorosis but also comes with spots. No spots? Not Mg-related. Download a 'marijuana leaf symptom' chart with a simple image search. Keep asking questions until you get comfortable, but start referencing that chart and deduce what it is on your own to learn it. Eventually you won't have to ask questions except for really unusual things.

Mainly underfeeding again. Pale leaves, slow growth, and weak structure show the plants need a stronger base nutrient feed. CalMag alone won't fix it. Raise your EC gradually to around 1.2–1.4 and keep pH stable – they should recover fast.
