So overfed infact that the other 3 are growing perfectly fine, therefore it can only be gross overfeeding. Absolutely nothing to do with anything but overfeeding, 120% Best of luck with feeding.

Yes, nutrient burn. Small plants like this should not need any extra feeding for at least 4 weeks if growing in quality, decent soil and in a reasonable sized pot. The nuclear dark green leaves is THE sign that this plant is way over fed. It has nothing to do with pH, over/under watering, "lock-out", sprays or magnesium deficiencies.

I would guess magnesium deficiency or pH lockout—since the necrosis starts from the inside edges, not the tips. At least at the lower leaves and to write something else😜

Hello. It looks to me like you got some strong nutrients that got on the leaves and dried there. It may have happened a couple of watering's ago, but something strong was left on your leaves. Be careful with the nutrients on the leaves. It can do damage. I spilt some strait grow nutrient on a painted floor once and left it there for about 10 minutes before cleaning it up... and it lifted the paint so I could wipe the paint off. Be careful not to water the leaves. Chuck.

Yeah your right some kinda nutrient burn or possibly over watering but you pot looks dry There is always crap genetics sometimes you get the shit end of the stick and get a bad seed that has no resistance I like to start about 6 times as many seeds as plants as I want to grow and then say I want 10 plants and I put 60 seeds in paper towels I then put the fastest starting 40 seeds into soil then I keep the 20 that sprout out the soil the fastest Then I watch how the 20 seedlings grow I start my seedlings in solo cups so I let all 20 grow until there the size to transplant and then I transplant the best growing 10 plants into bigger pots and toss the rest This way you always have good preforming plants that all started at the same time Your plant probably won’t die it will take wile to bounce back and will be behind the others but if you need it I’m sure you can nurture it back
