When to harvest?

I'm really stuck on when to chop this plant. It's been going for six months, and I don't have a scope or anything. I'm trying to figure out if I should harvest on the 26th, or wait until after the 31st. the weather is hot and dry with lack of rain but I brought water for it.

The old way to identify when the plant is ready is when 2/3rds of the pistols are amber and Iv found its better to go a little early when growing outside so I'd do them now.I wish I was having weather like that at this time of year.

Boveda 62I'm not convinced with Boveda 62, trying on properly dried and pretty well cured weed and its taking the humidity up to 67% and all the stalks are going bendy.
Did I get rubber-dicked by an ebay seller or is this normal?
