Looking like its hungry for more N and having issues with Calcium, but also burning a bit.
Them fine white dots on the leaves are indacting of pests. mainly spidermites. I would check the underside of your leaves and confirm they are not infecting the plant.

Nitrogen deficiency fits but those brown spots don't. Something else going on too. While browning can occur, nitrogen deficiency doesn't typically cause the formation of distinct brown spots on the leaves.

Nitrogen deficiency (not toxicity) Brown spot leaf won't recover. Ease into a little more N. It'll green up.
