If it were mine, I would wait. You really don't have anything there yet to "LST". Reading through previous answers .... @00110001001001111O has given you the best answer. I would not do anything to your plant(s) without having a plan first. I use a lot of LST and even super-croping to fit my plants into my space. I wait for my plants to get about a foot tall and then I start by tying down the main stem. This causes your side branches to go through somewhat of a growth spurt and bushes out your plants. After a few days, I will untie the main stem and allow it to grow normally for another few days before I decide if I need to tie the main stem down again. Once you have a short bushy plant with somewhat long side branches, you can begin your LST or weave it through a scrog net. If you're growing autoflowers, don't top it. You'll lose a significant part of your yield. Simply stay with LST & super-cropping or run it through a scrog net. If you're growing photoperiod plants, it's up to you if you want to top it ... but wait until at least the 5th node. Right now is too soon for the reason stated by @00110001001001111O

I recommend pruning them so that the side shoots develop strength and you can start Lst.

If you only want 3-5 even colas, sure. no matter what type of plant manipulation you do, start by having a target canopy, then work backward from that to form a plan. Bend it over when you have enough axilla to do what you want in the most efficient way possible (less vege time for same productivity). shoot for ~3 colas per sq ft and you'll do well, even a bit less is fine. So, how much area can your light cover in flower (autos? photos?), and then work backward from that limitation.

Wait for LST, not sure if it's the light you took the pictures in but them leaves look very dark. If your feeding nutes then dial way back, if your not feeding nutes then your grow medium still has quite a bit of nutrition in it.

Pointless that early unless your doing a Scrog. You just finished chopping off half her leaves, which most growers told you to do so, so after cutting off 30-40% of your photosynthetic photon catchers we shall now proceed to stress her out for another 4 weeks breaking all her appendages while she is grossly overfeeding with nitrogen or sulfur. Up to you I guess. Each plant like everything else will have a threshold for stress tolerance. With experience you will be able to gauge how well a strain handles stress. It's impossible to judge online. Sometimes she will just decide to revolt and hermie at slight stress. I've had other strains I called dirty bitches for how much they thrived under stress. What I know for sure is the earlier you start fuxking with them the more you will effect development later. Yes you will have a flat canopy but in comparison the extra time it takes to bend and stress does not relate in anyway to higher yield overall at least for me. A perfect filled canpopy will always outshine a plant that's just left to grow as it better utilizes the space available but its very 2 dimensional, often the weeks of constant stress to get it there, does not relate to increased yield when the extra time lost in growth due to the stress it causes. This is my experience with it at least. If heights not an issue or your not growing illegally in basements "hiding" in small spaces the effort i dont find worth it to lst personally. It's good to learn though so there's that.

I’d hold off with the feeding for a bit. Unless the lighting is just weird she looks super fucken dark, and that’s coming from someone who overfeeds often in veg too. I’d personally hold off a week or so on any lst, but I’ve seen people do it even earlier than the side of this one.

Wait a week with LST 4sure, invest time, read few articles about, watch videos on YouTube. She is too dark, overfed, that is leading/will lead to slow grow. Slow down with food...
