New grow, week 1 or 2. Just transplanted the plant 1 days ago and cut some leaves due to being too dense. Today I woke up to see these marks on the plant. What could it be ?

Flushed with pH’d RO yesterday, but was only able to get pH to 6.7, also added small dose CalMag at end of flush. Light wattage has also been reduced by half for the last week.

Brown points and yellowingYo. I have 4 identical plants.
One suddenly started to yellowing (mainly bottom)
But top has some coloring of brown.
Also, i feel like all 4 girls are slow in flowering.
P. S. I have 5l pots. The rest like temp, humidity and ph is normal. I also use filtered water.

Two problems in a week. I diagnosed the first one based on similar grow questions (: maybe not right )First three photos appeared a week ago, I decided that it is calcium and took a more reliable Ph meter, maybe not right, but no new spots appeared.
Second problem at the end of the week, 3 days after defoliation 2 large lower leaves and 2 leaves inside. 30 hours after watering.

Unknown rust on 7th flowering weekThis started as what I thought was a cal/mag deficiency, bought some, gave it for a week at a good dose and 6.3ph, and this intensified and switched from just lower leaves to the upper and a few sugar leaves on one plant. Any ideas? May calmag takes awhile? Or wrong diagnosis?

Black spots spreading // Need your help!Anyone got a clue what this dark spots could be? It started in a corner of the tent with 1 plant a few weeks ago and now it has spread to another. Calcium / PH issues? Did I take the correct steps?Am I on the right track to remedy my plant's issues? Seems like calcium deficiency to me. Soil test comes in at just under 6.5, my reservoir water going in is 7.3ph, in case its actually a lack of calcium and not the PH i've top dressed gypsum (and epsom salts).
