if they are clones they will enter flower. If they are seeds they will not flower till they are mature around 4-5 weeks old.
Either or, yes you can switch to 12/12 but why do you want to do this is the real question.

No early for 12.If its If Photo You can keep 18/6 mode 3-4month until the plants grow larger and gain root mass after this period you can switch to 12/12.If its Auto you can keep 18/6 full cycle👍

Funny, you always ask simple almost moronic questions yet there you are with grows, fairly big and impressive for someone who can take 20 clones yet not know if he can switch to 12, the grows you show do not match the knowledge level of the simplistic questions you ask.

You can switch any time you like. That's part of the fun of growing.
If you are aiming for modest plants with a respectable yield, you probably shouldn't flip them for another week or two.
