3weeks in flower, can i cut the little buds ?

Hey brother, I have looked at your diary, it seems that it is the only plant you got? If so, if I was in your place, I would train the branches and bend them down as much as I could to get a higher yield, with more quality buds. just be careful, not to snap them in the process right now. Also it depends on the lightfixture you are using, how deep it's penetration is plus you have done enough defoliation for the lower buds to get some decent amount of light, but as I said, it also depends on your growlight, as far as I am concerned, you can cut the last bottom 2 rows of buds, if that's really what you want to do. good luck brother
