I don't think there is a huge difference. One is clearly a more dominant branch than the other, but the colas in the background look fairly sparse in both pictures. genetics or too weak of light to start.

same plant as in different branch from the same root stock legit 1 plant? Then its up to the environment. Maybe better lighting or airflow?
You can sometimes get weird growth on one stem alone on a plant, something like fascination in cannabis. but I don't think this is that.
Same plant as in the same seeds. seeds are like sisters not twins so they all grow differently. Phenotype.
Same plant as in a clone in a different pot, similar to above. something is different in the environment or the medium giving it an alternate aperence.

At this stage my previous one was almost ready for harvest, this one does seem to have a bit more to go. Any estimations?I am asking this question because I see that the buds are not as fat as my previous grow (comparing by same day, attached photo of previous quick one on same day) and also not as tall (although there are more of them), so wanted to be sure it's not a disease or nute problem.
