did it turn yellow first, then as it progressed you got that addition dead spots? If yes, that is very likely N-deficiency.
When it progresses, you do get more damage than just yellowing.
The key is how it progressed... It would start at bottom of the plant and yellow from the tip-and-in on any individual leaf. Over time it will worsen and you will get dead spots that won't heal.

Nitrogen deficiency is just yellowing, starting on the lower leaves. all of the leaves the extra scaring and stuff look Calcium and magnesium related. the mag leaves those dark spots and the calcium is those almost bleached-looking areas
