Hello mate, you have a Ca/Mg issue, this could be caused or by overfeeding with a crystalized chemical salts in the soil (flush is the solution) or by a pH fluctuation in the soil but you are using the pH perfect product so i think the first is more probable.

Dark dots in leaves. Lamp burns?I saw this dark dots in leaves but only she has it. She was exactly under spider-farmer sf1000 at 30 cm. Now I moved to other softer light at 40 cm. What do you think? Light burn, light burn due to humidifier water lights?What do you think caused this brown color on that leaf? I have 5 leaves like that, all the others are ok.
I believe it's due to pulverizing water and droplets acting as magnifiers for the light, causing small burns.
Also, since they are burnt, should I just cut them out?

Cal-mag issue that won't go awayI keep getting a cal-mag deficiency. I have been using 1ml per liter of water - 4ml roughly per gallon. It is only 1 plant, the same which has had the same cal-mag issue since early veg.
I include cal-mag every watering and nutrient feed day.
