One of the three plants I had died due to Fusarium. I don’t know whether this one got infected. How could I be sure?
I found one branch grey (check 18th week) in the inside but no further wilt happened in the last two weeks.
I don’t want to risk smoking an infected plant’s buds.

There is no good answer for you. If you see a symptom, cut it out.. make sure it doesn't spread. All you can do. if it gets out of hand, consider early harvest or give up.
if it is still spreading, good chance you end up smoking some infected buds, lol.. human eyes aren't resolved enough to be sure. the infection is there before you can see it.
