A mi no me gusta mucho defoliar, ellas deberían de ir callendo solas, se ve bien, ha consumido todos los recursos de la tierra y ahora esta en si etapa final consumiendo sus propios recursos

Two options.
1) You can take a few of the inner leafs off that are not getting light. This will also increase airflow throughout your plant.
2) Take the bigger fan leafs off to expose the inner nodes and leaf to develops them more and also increase the airflows to the plant.
Either way would be fine.
