Could someone tell me what this could be please, only appeared this morning, but the plant that’s had it has swallowed 4litres of water through a wick system in 24 hours, currently in second week of flower, so possibly to many nuets? Apart from that such a deep green. Thank you

Burned tips are a sign of nitrogen toxicity/over feeding.
